After spending three years as a family practice physician, Dr. Maas wanted
to focus his practice on the care of chronic spinal pain patients. He
joined the Physicians Neck & Back Clinics (PNBC) in 2002. Using the
PNBC active rehabilitation approach, Dr. Maas is able to restore the
spinal function, activity level and personal independence of most patients.
He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Dakota
Medical School and completed his residency in Family Practice at the
Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC). Dr. Maas is a member of the American
Academy of Family Physicians.
